Sales Director earns 20% on signing up new BA i.e. $115.00 - Bronze, $270.00 - Silver, and $599.00 - Gold Package
Vice President earns 25% on signing up new BA i.e. $143.75 - Bronze, $337.50 - Silver, and $748.75 - Gold Package

Personal customers purchase Credits from the BA's Credit Pool at $0.80 cents each.
A Gold Package comes with 5,000 Credits. The BA paid $0.60 cents/ Credit. The BA compensation rate is 25% earning $0.20 cents on each Credit sold.
A Silver Package comes with 2,000 Credits. The BA paid $0.68 cents/ Credit. The BA compensation rate is 15% earning $0.12 cents on each Credit sold.
A Bronze Package comes with 800 Credits. The BA paid $0.72 cents/ Credit. The BA compensation rate is 10% earning $0.08 cents on each Credit sold.

For 1st Generation Downline - Additional 2 % for Team Coordinators, Sales Directors, Vice Presidents and 1.5% for Senior Vice President Level
For 2nd Generation Downline - An additional 1% for Sales Directors, Senior Vice Presidents and 2% for Vice President Level
For 3rd Generation Downline - Another 1% for Vice Presidents Level.
